The evening before: Only five more kilometres to go and all of the sudden I crashed my bike. So we spent the next day buying the spare part, cleaning the broken parts and repairing all stuff. Actually, I mainly cleaned and then asked how to put the parts together again. Lots of fun, really! :)

The church of Damme is a very interesting looking mix of different architectural styles as this sign explains and you easily can see.




Today the people of Damme still try to mix architectural styles, but it is'nt funny anymore.
