Und die ganze Zeit haben wir gehofft, dass doch noch ein Hippo aus den Fluten auftaucht - die Gastgeberin hätte dafür sogar den Garten geopfert... Aber die Schwergewichte blieben außer Sichtweite.

Ankunft in Kapstadt = endlich wieder die Knochen ausstrecken, erste Pläne aushecken und sich einmal kräftigst den Pelz verbrennen. Wir sehen ein: Lichtschutzfaktor 20 hat der südafrikanischen Sonne zu wenig entgegenzusetzen, vor allem auf unserer Deutschland-Winter-gewöhnten Haut...
